Legia Warsaw medal for winning the Polish Championship in 1993. In the last round of the 1992/1993 season, Legia Warsaw, LKS Łodz and Lech Poznan fought for the national championship. Before the last round, Legia opened the table in front of the LKS, with an the same number of points, but with a goal balance better by 3 goals. In the final phase of the games, LKS won with Olimpia Poznan 7:1, and Legia 6:0 with Wisla Krakow. In the Polish Football Association, the results aroused suspicion and corruption activities were suggested. Despite the lack of evidence of guilt on the part of Legia and LKS, “PZPN” decided to cancel the results of the matches, thereby awarding the championship to Lech Poznan.
